• This is a monthly digital design membership.
• You will receive approximately 1-2 new designs weekly (around 6-7 total designs per month).
• Designs will be delivered digitally only — no physical product will be shipped.
• VIP DROP designs are semi-exclusive. Members receive early access first, but some designs may later be added to the website/shop.
• Membership is valid for the current month only and must be repurchased monthly to continue receiving new drops.
• This is currently a TRIAL RUN and details/pricing may change in the future.
• Spots may be limited at any time.
• Due to the digital nature of this product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.
• Please do not share, resell, trade, or redistribute the files.
• Mockups/fonts shown in previews are not included unless stated otherwise.
• You may use designs for your small business finished products unless otherwise specified.

All designs created by AllJadeDesigns are for personal or small business physical product use only.

You may use these designs to create and sell finished physical items such as shirts, cups, or prints.

You may not:

• Sell, share, trade, or distribute digital files in any form
• Upload or use designs on print-on-demand websites (like Redbubble, Teespring, Printify, etc.)
• Send or sell the digital files to third-party print shops, DTF transfer sellers, or any service that prints from your uploaded file
• Use, trace, or alter designs to create “new” digital designs for resale
• Use any portion of these designs for AI training, generation, or machine learning purposes (including tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Gemini, etc.)

All designs remain the sole intellectual property of AllJadeDesigns.

Any unauthorized digital use, reproduction, or redistribution will result in immediate license termination and may lead to legal action.
